Hard to beat Nan Phaidi for lunch. I had the smoked salmon, which was hearty and fresh, and came with delicious brown bread and a side salad. I grew up in New York City, and the salmon rivals what you would get at a top deli over there.

We had such a lovely experience here during our visit to the Aran Islands. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with incredible warmth and generosity. The food was absolutely delicious, and the hospitality made the whole experience even more special. A huge thank you to everyone who welcomed us and looked after us so kindly. We truly appreciated your generosity and the wonderful meal. It was such a memorable part of our trip, and we’ll remember it very fondly. Highly recommended! ❤️

Beautiful spot, great food, lovely staff. Great shops across the road. Very very busy with busses and crowd management (bit dramatic), so long waiting times to order. Really nice homely atmosphere.

29/08/2026: Fantastic, very friendly campsite. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and helpful, set in a beautiful, restored cottage area. The kitchen is spacious and can accommodate several families at once. The sanitary facilities are spotless. The site is just a few minutes' walk from the Loughcrew cairns. The sunsets there are breathtaking.

26/06/2026: What an excellent stay we had at the Ardagh Hotel. The rooms were excellent, the food and service was fantastic. We had some complexity getting taxis home from Clifton and their receptionist came in without asking and picked us up. Really well run Hotel. Highly recommended!
06/06/2026: Loved our stay here so much we extended it. So relaxing from the moment we arrived. Staff are all excellent warm, attentive but always understated. You feel very well looked after but you are always given space. Everything is spotless, decor is beautiful...a lot of thought and care has gone into it. A relaxing inviting lounge area, a big turf fire, eclectic mix of artwork, and interesting ornaments. A beautiful dining area with views over the sea, and a delicious dinner menu made for the most romantic memorable meal. Our dog was welcomed and we were never made to feel it was an inconvenience. Similarly the place is not overrun by pets and wouldn't disturb others. Can't wait to to go back ...thank you to you all
