Texas Steakout in Limerick

We are regulars for ~15y and this place became lately a hit and miss (leaning towards miss) along with the most difficult to swallow being the prices. I found the house burger quite blunt and over cooked, and a fish and chips below standard with a soggy crust (therefore not crusty). For the price, they need to watch the consistency of what goes out of the kitchen!

Great place in Limerick. Place is in the basement, great decor and excellent food. I split the steak and eggs with my daughter; wife split the nachos with my other daughter. Don’t forget desert - had the cookie sundae and the apple crumble - very good.

Great atmosphere, cocktails and food! We ordered loaded potato skins, garlic bread, wings, ribs, tacos, fajitas, steak. All the food tasted great! For desert we had the chocolate chip cookie jar and apple crumble both were great deserts! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! I started with the garlic bread appetizer. The bread was great and the garlic dipping sauce made it even better! For the meal, I had the 8oz fillet with garlic butter and fries. Steak was cooked perfectly and the garlic was fresh. The fries were very good and I dipped them in the garlic sauce that came with my garlic bread. Overall, the experience was great! I do think the price was a little high, but the food and service was excellent!

One of the nicest and most delicious places I’ve had the pleasure of dining at. Definitely in my top 3 of steaks ever; the shrimp perfect paired with it and that peppercorn sauce was divine. Ireland definitely has some of the best beef in the world and this steakhouse is proof of it. Can’t wait to be back in Limerick and enjoy more! 🧑‍🍳🐮😋👏
