Thai Garden in Galway

A pleasant surprise in Galway, a place for exotic dining, truly excellent food, and classy service. Perfect for a quiet dinner and then a drink in the beautiful city center.

efficient, friendly, and great service. i got their summer special which was a flavorful fried rice with fried peppers, onions, and a perfectly runny fried egg on top and it was unbelievably good. my partner got the garlic stir-fry with tofu and a side of fried noodles which were also so good. tofu is hard to make that flavorful, but thai garden has mastered the art. everyone who helped us was fast and so friendly. sadly, i passed on dessert, but i really wish i would have checked out the menu. definitely coming back next time i’m around.

Ate here twice while vacationing in Galway. The food and service were superb. Highly recommend.

The food here is really good, but beware: the restaurant has a policy in which you need to order at least one main dish or two side dishes per person, which we were not aware of until the staff told us we needed to order more. Despite this, the green curry and pad thai were delicious. If you are vegetarian, make sure that the dish you are ordering doesn't have fish sauce, because some of the vegetarian-marked dishes had fish sauce in them! This place is busy so the service can be a bit slow.

Thai gladden is an amazing restaurant with great food, amazing service, and a nice environment. All of the staff there are very kind and patient. One of our favorite dishes there were the green curry,

We absolutely adored the food here! The peanut sauce on the chicken satay made me want to lick the plate! The yellow curry was perfect and my husband loved his beef panang! We were so happy with our choice eating here!

Food was excellent, and service too. We didn't have to wait long for our food, very quick, and efficient. Got a cocktail with a discount also, which tasted great, it took me to a beach on a tropical island. Great value, and portions were big. Will definitely return.
