This was a lovely pub. The staff were lovely and the food was absolutely gorgeous will definitely return. They did a beautiful pint of Guinness 5/5. The toilets were very small and there were many doors in order to reach them but all in all its a good spot and I would recommend it.

Really good place in Howth for vegetarian food - we had the halloumi burger and cauliflower tacos. Lovely service and pub - definitely needed after the cliff walk.

30/06/2026: One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had in my life. The staff is vary friendly and patient. The atmosphere is rustic but clean. I went for lunch and am shocked that it was nearly empty. If you’re in the area it’s a perfect choice, can’t recommend enough.

Commercial Rowing Club

24/08/2025: Great venue for a work event. Right on the river you can do team building racing on the river followed by a BBQ and a nice bar and function room for a few beers.
31/07/2025: Had a family party here , would recommend to anyone for a small private function, good facilities and ambience. The club members were very helpful as well.
