The Academy, Middle Abbey Street in Dublin

The Academy is brilliant, especially when ye go to the over 30's day club, ur walking out & it's still bright out, but I've seen some great bands there, well worth going great venue!!!!

🌊 Beautiful beach with stunning views 🪁 Perfect for kitesurfing and windsurfing 🏄 Great spot for skimboarding when conditions are right 🚗 Parking: €4 per car until 9:00 pm (after that, vehicle release costs €120) ⏰ Tip: Arrive early, as the car park fills up quickly. 🚻 Public toilets available by the car park ☕ Nice café on-site for coffee and ice cream

Small, intimate venue. You are right at the stage for the most part. This is nice as long as the crowd is not wild. Saw Clutch for two shows: first night the crowd got a little to rambunctious, second night was perfect.

Traveled from overseas to see a band. Couldn't pull my tickets up on my app, but the box office was able to print them, thanks! All the employees were very professional, they even had someone cleaning spills up during the show. It's a medium sized venue, I think capacity was just over 600. There really wasn't a bad view in the house. My only real complaint was that the sound wasn't great. It was a bit muddy, and a little too loud for the room.

Great venue across 4 floors, multiple bars, coat rooms and toilets. Lighting and sound is excellent, although the bass could be a wee bit harder. @Index hosts World renown and great local DJs, fromm 11 onwards.

I don't know how to rate it? I think we had a better time in our youth in 'Disco' clubs!?!
