Good venue but a place in Dublin having no Guinness on tap is a cardinal sin, drinks were pricey too.

I had the luck to get a ticket for the Laufey concert at "The Academy" in Dublin. The concert was magic, she is beautiful, has a perfect voice and her songs are outstanding. "The Academy" is a super cool location with great sound and very nice staff. They gave out free water during the concert and made everything run very smoothly starting from the entry until the end of the concert. Would love to go there again :-)

Expensive pints for the show bit quick service , excellent sound and an amazing night. Bouncers are strict on age which I approve of and are doing their job well. More toilets facilities would be ideal too

Fish Shack Cafe

04/04/2024: It was delicious and good service🙂 One day I would like to try another food. beacuse I wanted to eat mussels but it was sold out🥹
17/03/2024: So we went to have some snacks after the dip in the sea at Forty Foot and ordered Calamari, Ambush IPA and Shack Fries. Though instead of Shack Fries, they brought Scampi which was a good 8 to 9 euros more than what we had ordered. Now it was the first time so we didn't even realise what we ordered is what we got or not. Only got to know at the end when the bill came. In any case, it's an honest mistake and it can happen at times. The calamari was almost brilliant and 5 stars is for that specifically. Would recommend that. Would visit the place again in future.
