The Address Citywest in Dublin

When it's raining, which is often, you have to go outside and back again, every mealtime, also, food isn't that good

Stayed here during a work trip and my room was very nice. The only reason I didn't leave five stars is because the room did get a bit hot during my stay and the small window that allows you to crack it just isn't enough. Great location to get back into the city if you want to. The food at the restaurant was fantastic.

Last stop on a group trip. The rooms were good, even if on the expressway, which you can also hear. Breakfast and dinner were good and tasty.

A nice hotel but poorly located since many rooms overlook the highway and therefore very noisy. As for the food at this hotel, the chef must love pepper because almost all the dishes are very spicy.

Second time visiting this little boutique hotel. Clean, well appointed, and a surprisingly good hotel restaurant and bar. I was here for work with my office near by and it fit me and my teams needs perfectly.

I had a great experience here. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Nothing was an issue. I will say the breakfast was a different experience altogether. The manager and chief where rude and condescending

Bed was comfortable, the bathroom reminded me of Saw 1 though.

Had lunch at the North restaurant formerly McGettigans. Nice restaurant / decor. Food was tasty. Only down side was it took 40 mins for our food to be served during our lunch hour (table of 5) 3 ordered burgers, 2 had the fish & chips

Real surprise find- expecting typical overnight business traveller hotel but really pleasantly surprised. Well appointed rooms, spotlessly clean, nice toiletries plenty of towels, pod coffee maker, lovely linen. Breakfast served in quirky bar/ restaurant across from the lobby- standard fare, good choice but pastries were especially excellent. Well maintained grounds. Although the room faced onto an extremely busy road, there was no noise to keep you awake. Would definitely recommend for a central stay close to Dublin but also great for access to M7, M8 and M9.

The hotel was amazing, very modern and clean, bed was so comfy and the pillows were lovely and soft, staff in the hotel were fantastic and breakfast was great with plenty of selection to suit everyone. However in the restaurant north, the experience wasn't so great, we had a young waitress who struggled to speak or understand English. I asked for a plain beef burger but got a fully dressed one after saying twice i would like it plain. When I explained again that I asked for it plain she brought it back to the chef who scrapped off all the dressing and cheese, put it back on the grill and put it into a different bun. There still pieces of sauce and cheese on the burger she brought back to me while herself and the chef had a great laugh about it. It ruined what had been a fantastic experience to deal with people's ignorance and immaturity
