The staff was reasonably friendly. Service was ok, but sitting for 10 minutes without cutlery and no chance of flagging down a server made eating difficult. My cottage pie was not great,but the presentation was ok. The beef tasted over seasoned, and the peas were bland. My vegetables tasted old.

Stayed here. The rooms are small and beds uncomfortable. It's loud and not a place for resting. But the pub downstairs is lovely and fun until 2am!

We came in thinking about eating something...but the kitchen was closed, we asked for milk for my daughter and they brought it cold. Very cool town atmosphere.

Pub restaurant and b and b .In town clean spacious good atmosphere. Dj playing on nite of visit.Bar staff so nice and professional worked hard and still had time for a chat.Would recommend a visit to this pub.
