The Avon in Blessington

What a fantastic place, the views are stunning. Stopped for a few hours walk snd lunch. 3 euro into the carpatk, really nice cafe and picnic benches overlooking one of the most beautiful views in ireland. The Greenway walk is magical, a perfect afternoon.

Avon Resort is a perfect place to relax and spend quality time, with a beautiful view, friendly staff, and delicious vegetarian food.

Out outdoor experience was wonderful. We enjoyed the forest walks. Then had a panini with coffee at the park bench overlooking the Blessington Lakes.

Came here for an easter event, really nice set up. The grounds are beautiful. The car park is well managed. The food is reasonable enough

Avon Resort in Blessington, Wicklow is one of those places that’s just easy and relaxing from the moment you arrive. Parking is straightforward, costs around 3 euro, and everything is right there. There is a nice cafe, a few food options like pizza and kebab, and even a dog wash area which is a nice touch. The whole place feels very well set up without being too busy or overwhelming. The best part is definitely the view of Blessington Lake. Once you start walking, you go through a lovely woodland trail and then suddenly open up to the lake with really beautiful views. It is peaceful and not overly crowded, which makes it even better. They also have live music at times, especially on weekends or special occasions, which adds to the overall vibe. Overall, Avon Resort in Blessington is a great spot if you are around Dublin or Wicklow and want a mix of nature, food, and a relaxed day out.

Didn't stay but had a lovely coffee and pizza looking out at the wonderful lakes. The barista guy was really lovely. Very nice views!

I didn’t stay in the hotel but I went for the pizza truck which is lovely. It would be great if on busy days such as Saturday or Sundays in summer they would have events and live music
