Tikka Take Away in Blessington

One of the best place for take away in blessington

Vegetarian spring rolls: very crispy, and the soy sauce goes really well with them. Yasai fried rice: one of my favourites. They also have other choices like pineapple fried rice, with plenty of vegetables. Clean environment and friendly staff.

I got the Tikka Spice Box, which as 14 euro, which was very reasonable for the quality of the food that was served. The food was quite tasty, as the chicken was fresh and the chicken balls had a nice crunch to them. The chips are surprisingly nice too, as they match with the seasoning of the spice box, which is quite sweet, which does give them a nice flavour and they are not shy with the seasoning, as the whole box is covered with it, which I don't mind one bit. The chicken wings can be quite hard, which can make then slightly inedible. The curry sauce does not taste too sweet, which gives a perfect balance between sweet and spicy, and not too sweet unlike other Chinese places. The service was good, as the woman serving me was quite chatty and the food was made at a reasonable time. The atmosphere I gave a 3 stars, as it was like a box room and a little bit bland, but other than that, keep up the good work 💯

Date: 03/07/2026 I share my experience on this, and it comes from the heart and soul. This place is 110% the best restaurant takeaway, whatever you call them, in Blessington. The chef or chefs, maybe just one chef, deliver very strong, true flavours and deserve a pat on the back for the Work. I swear this place knows how to cook and is consistent every time I order from them. It’s such a pleasure to have someone like this in a small village like Blessington. I wish them the best of luck, and I’m going to continue buying from them for many more Years to come. Thank you, Tikka Company.
