The Barge in Dublin

The doormen are the friendliest! We went to see a GAA game, great atmosphere and always clean. I haven't been for lunch yet, but it's on my list.

The best Irish experience. Most awesome pub experience. The Irish are the best.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow, what an awesome night! The food was straight-up delicious, and the portions? Huge, in the best way! I’m stuffed! The vibe is so lively, with killer music and such a warm, welcoming feel. The service was next-level, and a huge shoutout to our waiter, Busy Bee, who was super friendly, attentive, and just made everything so much fun. They really took our experience to another level! I’m writing this while chilling and waiting for the live music to start, how cool is that?! This place is a total gem, and I’m already excited to come back. Highly recommend!

A pub out of the most turistic paths, with lower prices than the center of the city and food is great. The atmosphere is very characteristic

Staying at the nearby Hilton and looking for some good Irish food nearby, McCafferty's was recommended by the front desk - "a proper pub" - and didn't disappoint. Lots of different spaces with things to look at, American football on multiple tvs (bonus), great live music and all the food was excellent. Only bummer was that they were out of the first two main course items I ordered from the menu (!) which is never a good look for a restaurant, but all turned out ok. Soup of the day appetizer, then two of us had fish and chips, two had the lamb, and all agreed everything was delicious. Server "Busy B" was super friendly and animated and got help from a couple other staffers bringing food and clearing plates. Normally avoid chain restaurants but this would be worth a return. Nice start to our Dublin visit.

This place is awesome. Food is just like Gram's. Bee & Gabriel were so good. This place is a must see and eat at. Made our first time to Dublin so welcoming. Thank you from Canada

Great food and friendly staff. We visited as a family as it was next door to our hotel, initially went in for a drink but stayed for food. The food was between your typical pub food and bistro vibe and the place had a great atmosphere. Recommended for a casual meal, families welcomed.
