The Barge in Leitrim

Very good steaks, and the Irish coffee is not to be sniffed at either

A great place to visit, warm cozy and friendly, staff and proprietor very welcoming and good fun.

We visited for a meal whilst sailing and moored in Leitrim. The food and service were good as was the Guinness! When in Ireland… They have a large out door area undercover with an eclectic mix of furniture from the 70’s - I loved the trip down memory lane!

We sat outside because we had our dog so it's hard to comment on atmosphere but the food was lovely and the waitress was very welcoming,we will certainly be back .

We've been going into the Barge for food and drinks the last few months and I must say it's a hidden gem. We've tried alot of their dishes and the food is always really fresh lovely and tasty ,very reasonable and good portions. The staff are lovely and always very helpful.The owner is a gentleman always very friendly and welcoming...We couldn't recommend this place enough..just wish we'd found it sooner 😉

Our go to spot in Leitrim Village for pints and a good feed. Always consistent. Best bacon and cabbage for miles around!
