The Beachcomber in Rathmullen

Lovely Friday afternoon. Gorgeous food, great Guinness and friendly service.

Had a look through the reviews before coming and saw this is dog friendly which it is. Unfortunately they dont mention on any of the reviews that you can only order 1 thing off the menu if you have dogs with you a beer basket good value but not what we all were really after. It feels like the beach comber is losing business by having this silly policy in place as we where prepared to spend north of a €100 for some good food and Guinness. We only in the end decide to stay for a couple and move on. I am bit bitter about this as it was my dad's birthday and I wanted to treat him to a great meal and a Guinness. 1st time here and very disappointed.

We popped in for lunch with a kid and it was great. Food was lovely and reasonably priced.

We went in for a reservation for lunch/ dinner I couldn't find nothing like fish and chips on the menu and prices were a bit high for what we recieved. Like Galway or Dublin prices.

Food was good, great staff and lovely spot Will be back
