The Blue Lagoon in Sligo

31/03/2024: Fantastic food, could not fault the chef at all. All round excellent dishes. However, this was overshadowed by the fact that the service was terribly slow. We waited over 30mins for our table. Then another 1.5hrs before our order was finally taken. Clearly something had gone wrong with the staff rota but we should have at least received an explanation and an apology.

31/03/2024: Absolutely fabulous! I want to come back and eat all dishes on the menu. Delicious, every element was well cooked and presented, very high quality too and well crafted. I had the Guinea fowl dish and it had the most tasty cabbage, never mind the bird and the roulade.
