As we drove from Clifden to the Cabra Castle we were passing through Kells and google searched for restaurants. The menu looked good and the name was cute. They did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. We may never be back this way again, but will tell everyone we know who are traveling to Ireland to find you if they can. Thank you!

Just had breakfast it was absolutely delicious all local produce which I love to hear all home-made products well worth a vist I can guarantee you'll be back!

Khyber Garden

10/02/2026: After the complementary poppadoms with a selection of dips. We had the very tasty platter for 2. Nice variety and easy to share. Then the Barani & prawn Moilee which were both full of flavour & spiced to our liking. Garlic naan bread is a must. Overall extremely enjoyable.
02/02/2026: Recently stopped by the Khyber Garden when staying in the Headfort Arms Hotel. Very comfortable seating and nice wood burner on a cold night. Food was very good. Especially liked the Duck Tikka, which was something a bit different. Curries were good and mine hot as requested. Red wine very good too. Owner was a very friendly guy and made us feel very welcome. Hope to visit again, in the not too distant future!

O'Connor's Bar

22/12/2025: Great service and atmosphere, loses 1 star as Gents toilet only 1 sink working and hand dryers very low power
08/12/2025: Super cozy pub, friendly service, great place to enjoy some drinks with family and friends. I went for the first time with my friend and I plan to go back many more times. We went on a Sunday and there was live music, very good.
