The Buttery in Limerick

Nice spot for a spot of breakfast, brunch or dinner

Food was nice, lacked a bit of flavour for me, husband loved his,and we got our food and drink, no check in to see if we needed anything and when I asked for ketchup I got the bowl kinda thrown on to the table and nothing said.

What a lovely little place to have French toast! The food was really delicious and the portions were huge, I couldn’t even finished everything ! The only downside was the wait. I ordered my drinks and food together, and it took about 10–15 minutes for the drink to arrive, and around 20–25 minutes for the food to reach the table. I was eating alone, so it felt like a bit of a stretch, but I understand they were busy serving larger groups. The real highlight, though, was the food, absolutely massive. I’d definitely go back, maybe next time with my parents, hoping the service is a bit quicker. If you have some time to spare and fancy some really nice French toast, this is a great spot

I have always had a pleasant experience here. The staff all incredibly friendly and welcoming and I post to give them the recognition they deserve! The Buttery is a treasure in the heart of Limerick city centre. Food great, lots of healthy options..thanks!

Great place for breakfast or lunch

We were a party of 13 ladies. General consensus was that the pancakes and French toast were a big hit .. probably the best brunch ever

Had Breakfast here lately and i have to say it was the nicest breakfast I've ever had.Everthing was so tasty and left you wanting more,staff were friendly and professional. Will definitely be making this a regular place to visit.

We were recommended here by a local for our Limerick visit and it didn't disappoint. Service was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. We were told the specials and asked about dietary requirements which applied to one of our group which was great as she was looked after. Food was great and came out quickly and it was clean plates all round. Place was warm and welcoming and perfect refuge from the driving wind and rain outside. The booths looked lovely so when I'm booking next I'll specify sitting there. Will definitely revisit when back in Limerick.
