We had a truly wonderful experience dining with you. We hadn’t ordered any starters, but as the wait for our main courses was a little longer than expected, we were kindly surprised with a plate of chicken wings - an unexpected and generous gesture from the chef that didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for your kindness and care. The food was absolutely delicious - flavourful, beautifully cooked, and, dare we say, even better than what we’ve tasted in other restaurants of this beautiful hotel. The atmosphere was equally lovely: welcoming, relaxed, and full of warmth. A special thank you to Emma, who looked after us with such kindness and attention throughout the evening. Her gentle manner and thoughtful presence made everything flow beautifully. We’ll definitely be back.

I had the seafood chowder with guinness bread, which was absolutely delicious. My partner had the black sole, and we both found it quite salty. We shared the creme brule for dessert, and it was very tasty. The sugar crust on top was done perfectly. 😘👌🏻 The price was as expected for the venue. The servers we had very all very lovely. We liked the laid back, relaxed feel inside, and the seats were very comfortable. We would definitely go again for date night.

We had our Staff Christmas lunch at the Carriage House today and absolutely loved it! Amy, our server, was very attentive and the food was excellent. The restaurant is beautiful and our group couldn't have been happier with our very enjoyable meal in beautiful surroundings. Although the restaurant was busy, the atmosphere was relaxed. Thank you!
