The Confession Box in Dublin

Happened to walk past on my way to the hotel and went in for a Guinness. What a great pub. Great staff and an atmosphere how I imagined a small Dublin pub would be. Steeped with history. Well worth a visit.

Cute little spot for locals and great to get the authentic Irish pub experience without paying ridiculous city prices. No gimmicks just a great pint and great service.

Full of history, charm and proper Irish character, it’s one of those pubs that just feels special the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is warm and genuine, the staff are great, and the pint of Guinness is perfect — easily one of the best I had in Dublin. A must-visit if you love traditional pubs with real heritage. Truly brilliant spot. 🍺🇮🇪

Great little pub with friendly staff, good beer 🍺 and there own brands of spirits. The 6yr malt was very nice 👌. Great sitting area upstairs where you can look down behind the bar.
