The Dawson Lounge in Dublin

Reputedly the smallest pub in the world, but that doesn't stop it being lively and selling great beer. It's a sight to behold, with its 1970s decor fully intact too.

Self-proclaimed Ireland's smallest pub, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who suffers from claustrophobia. Tiny, fairly steep stairs lead to about a floor and a half underground. Low, with obviously stale air, and only two tables to sit at, the rest is made do with stools against the wall and 15cm micro-shelves to rest your glass on. But it's an experience! I'd go back

Love this pub! It's small, service is good, and there is always beer and crisps and it's small!

Who can dispute this is "probably" this smallest pub in the world? It is definitely a unique, cozy place where it is easy to rub elbows with your new Dublin friends.
