We stayed here for a wedding and it was fabulous.

My partner and I attended a wedding here the October Bank Hol. Quirky country estate, beautiful old buildings in beautiful.surroundings.Food was fantastic and staff were equally as fantastic, from initial welcome until we left, they could not do enough for us.

I recently attended a wedding at Rathsallagh, like most men (I would imagine..) I have a moderate to low interest in weddings. I was very impressed by the area prior to even reaching the driveway, the drive in was long and very scenic. The house and outbuildings are kept to a very high standard with fine turf fires and old farm machinery. The gardens are magnificent and the mature woodlands around the house are very impressive. Including the largest monkey puzzle tree I have ever seen and a giant redwood tree planted in 1805 to celebrate the battle of Trafalgar. The buildings were warm and well decorated inside. As much as I liked all the buildings and views, it was the staff who really stood out. Lots of very attentive, polite and fun staff from all ages ready to welcome you and provide you with top quality service. Each staff member (and the owner!) I met was very professional and efficient in their duties whilst also having time for a joke and not taking themselves too seriously. I have visited many country houses and attended numerous weddings, none have come in anyway close to that of Rathsallagh. I would recommend this venue to everyone who would bother listening to me. The food was also excellent, cooked to the highest quality. Served efficiently and plentifully. I did not stay or drink any alcohol so I can’t comment on that but I heard mention of a world class breakfast!

I had the pleasure of working alongside the wedding team recently for our mutual clients special day. Dylan, Olivia, Tara and all the team involved were brilliant to work with. Beautiful venue and super staff, incredibly warm and welcoming!

Rathsallagh Country House was our dream wedding venue and completely exceeded our expectations. From the day we viewed Rathsallagh we completely fell in love with this beautiful venue. Throughout the whole planning process, Joe, Catherine and our wedding coordinator Olivia were extremely helpful, kind and professional. The service the team at Rathsallagh offer is second to none. All the staff at Rathsallagh are outstanding and hold a high standard of professionalism. On the day of our wedding, the staff made us feel so at ease ensuring we had a stress free day and enjoyed every minute. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how incredible the staff was. The food was out of this world, cooked to perfection and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Our day was made extra special as we were able to have our dog as part of our big day as Rathsallagh are dog friendly. No matter what changes or requests we made, they were never an inconvenience to the team at Rathsallagh and they went above and beyond to make our day special. We would highly recommend Rathsallagh to anyone who is planning a wedding. We will definitely be back for past couple nights as this venue now holds a very special place in our hearts. Attended my brother's wedding here and had an amazing time! Beautiful rooms that I wish I could have spent more time in, very good food, and the staff were very courteous and really did their best to make everyone's time their wonderful. Fabulous grounds and house, top class
