Oliver Dunne restaurants proprietor Acting Manager Assistant Manager "Gaspar " attended to the probel eventually I was asked to leave my seat at The Morehampton after spending over !€100 On food and drink with my partner A guy was screaming loudly on his phone while I was trying to enjoy a quiet couple meal in "the restaurant" part Meanwhile an abusive single guy sitting over his one pint told me to "shut up" when I asked him to have his loud video call with earphones. I felt intimated and was immediately moved to a different table, it was beyond shocking despite fact ambience and decor was typically good, lovely lounge girl and fabulous food, this took away from the experience and I will endeavour to write to the owner Oliver Dunne.

From the moment you walk in, the ambiance makes you feel completely at home—welcoming, warm, and beautifully maintained. The team is exceptional, always friendly, attentive, and professional. You can see how much care and passion goes into every detail, from the service to the presentation of each dish. The food is absolutely incredible. The chefs consistently go above and beyond, creating new dishes with creativity and dedication, ensuring each meal is a memorable experience. The quality is exceptional, and the attention to flavor and presentation really shows. Guests are always thrilled and appreciative, which motivates the chefs even more to continue innovating and delivering excellence. Beyond the food, The Morehampton is a true community hub. On Sundays, the quiz nights bring everyone together in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. People laugh, compete, and enjoy themselves, creating a lively, joyful energy that makes everyone feel at home. A very nice pub with great service. A picture-perfect Irish pub; the atmosphere is simply fantastic. We discovered this great pub during a short trip in October. Highly recommended.

Excellent service highly recommend

The food was Ok and not too expensive for Dublin. However the service was poor and it wasn’t even that busy. My steak was missing the pepper sauce which is fine but when I pointed it out, it took a long while to get it. Still could forgive that but the fact the sauce was watery and barely more than a thumbnail is a bit much. Underwhelming experience. 3 stars is being generous.

Lovely place, great service. The restaurant in great with excellent space and location. Good options in the menu and food was amazing. Recommended.
