Exceptional to be honest. I couldn’t have had a more perfect meal. Not pretentious in any way just very relaxing, exceptional food with some of the best service I’ve come across in recent times. Thank you.

Called in on a very wet and windy morning. Warmly greeted and offered a table in either section. ( restaraunt or bar) Ordered coffee and selected from the desert menu.

I do like the Duck and the food has been really excellent every time I've eaten there this year (3 times). It has always been a great night out but now the food really lives up to the service and ambience. I have one gripe though and that is the amount of items with a price supplement on the menu. The duck main course, which is excellent, has a €4 supplement and this makes no sense when you can buy a duck leg for €3 or less in a butchers.

Went for lunch it was not overly busy. Food was very good but service left a lot to be desired.asked for portion of chips never arrived. Ordered 3 desserts 2 arrived asked 3 times for 3rd dessert it finally arrived when other 2 desserts were long finished. Pity about the service as this was our 2nd time to dine here

09/12/2025: JJ's Truckstop is a great place to stop! The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and fast, always happy to help.
15/11/2025: Phenomenal service such a warmly environment an experience completely different then your standard chipper often had breakfast and take aways would highly recommend the roadside trailer for a dine in experience as the scenery if Phenomenal on a summers day overlooking the view of youghal credits to staff certainly be back again 🙌🙌

14/12/2025: The menu is spectacular, varied, and delicious. It has flavors that will appeal to both locals and visitors from outside Ireland. The food is excellent; the breaded mushrooms are perfect—the only place I've ever had them prepared like that. The owner is very friendly and loves Tenerife. You couldn't ask for more. Any Spaniard reading this should go and eat there. The food is flavorful and stylish. Thank you so much; it was an experience I will definitely repeat.
10/11/2025: Lovely tasty food, quickly served and nice and hot. The battered Cod was delicious, but the veg was a bit uninteresting.
