The Fallow Kitchen and Bar in

I was here last Friday, surprised to see the familiar name from the nany excellent cooking videos at the Dublin airport, I was right away ready to make this my lunch place. But eating the burger for 24.95 Euros was rather underwhelming. The meat was overcooked and tough, no juiciness at all, the bacon was double the amount needed, so a beef dish turned into a pork dominated one. The fries slightly undercooked, probably too short on the first fry. And then the sweetness on the burger did not really do it for me. Anyway, maybe it was an off-day, or I am not hip to appreciate this interpretation of a burger, but improvements could be made.

Convenient to order, pay directly on the site, using the QR code. Quickly prepared. Nice view, lots of tables. But the taste is very weak. The fish is not salted at all, the salad is sour, the chicken is spicy, but again the sauce is very sour.

Food was quick, place was clean, staff were lovely, especially Etinosa.

Etinosa was a pleasure to deal with.

I wanted to have breakfast here since they offered an Irish breakfast. I couldn't leave Ireland without trying it. The restaurant was very busy, but I think they delivered my breakfast quickly, taking approximately 20-25 minutes. Regarding the service, they could improve. While everything is well-organized and you can order from your phone without having to contact the waiters, if you have any questions or concerns, it's very difficult to get in touch with the staff as they are extremely busy bringing and serving dishes. The breakfast is delicious, although it's rather ornate, like everything at the airport.

Had a great bite while I was waiting for my flight. Etinosa and the rest of the staff were more than friendly, especially for an airport. Top class.
