Love the robot! And the humans of course!

The little robot let me take all food off the tray even though some of it wasn't ours! I didn't realise the light shows which Meal is yours etc. I ended up having to put other people's food back on the robot (and probably on the wrong trays)

The portion size is a bit disappointing

I had the fallow breakfast and it was huge. Ordered via QR code. The robot server is a brilliant way getting the food out to the customers.

Very expensive for what you're getting. Coffee was decent, food was ok. I was not a fan of the delivery robot. It's noisy, it gets in the way, and it can't anticipate what the customer needs. I also waited about 20 minutes for the food but the order page said less than 15. And it wasn't a bust time.

Food was good, but Omer service was really good, he was kind and helpful!!

Robots are a fantastic addition & experience, though you could introduce a speed limit on them - some are very quick
