Stunning location. Groynds and house immaculately kept. Service was the absolute highlight. So warm, welcoming and thoughtful. Best welcome my 6 yearold has had anywhere. Couldn't recommend more highly for families with young kids or anyone looking for a quiet getaway

This hotel is a secret family gem whatever the weather . The welcome ,service , quality and value for money is incomparable to anywhere else in Ireland . No it’s not all singing all dancing . It has an arts and crafts energy - bunches of wild flowers picked from The garden - a small croquet lawn , kayaking on the lake - hot tub overlooking the bay - forest walk through an orchard rose garden . And if it’s cold and rainy - chill in one of the many cosy chairs and read, write , whatever . Oh and did I mention the outdoor heated pool . PLUS the drive there and beaches on your doorstep are stunning . I almost don’t want to share it

Beautiful hotel with breathtaking view, super friendly, accommodating and professional team. Anne-Mary and staff made our stay fantastic and unforgettable from addressing dietary restrictions to chaperoning the kids during the event and packed breakfast for the road. Thank you everyone!

A review like this just won’t do Renvyle justice. I have been coming for over twenty years for holidays, spending time with family and some great weddings. Firstly, the setting is stunning. When you leave Galway city behind and drive out through Connemara, you feel yourself switch off and start to relax. Secondly, the staff are second to none. They run a brilliant hotel and they are a large part of its success. Thirdly, the food is delicious. It’s consistently always been excellent and there are options for all appetites and palates! Dog friendly as well for those with a four legged friends. I always love my stays there, and I always love going back. Renvyle holds a lot of special memories from over the years and it’s a place I’m incredibly fond of.

Went there for lunch. Paul was cheerful as he showed us to our table. My Wife had the home made vegetable soup with freshly baked in house Guinness brown bread. I had the smoked salmon and crabmeat salad... oh how tasty it was. We left there Happy and bells full. The nearby pebble beach was beautiful. We will go back again... soon.

We absolutely fell in love with this area and this hotel- it is very special and we were thrilled to be able to stay!

Wonderful location in Connamara.. Surrounded by water and sunsets are amazing.. Was at a wedding and it was a perfect location... Staff were really friendly and helpful.. Food was very good also... Didn't stay the night, so can't say what rooms were like but I'm sure they were very good...

What a gorgeous experience we had here while staying in Connemara! Perfect location for exploring all the beauty nearby. The hotel staff could not have been better - very welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The atmosphere in the hotel is so relaxed and you instantly feel like you're on a break. The rooms were really comfortable, beautiful bathrooms, and lovely beds. The food was gorgeous - ate there both nights in the bar and restaurant and both are of such hight quality. Would go back in a heartbeat!

A stress free relaxing location and atmosphere

Although I only live and work half an hour away, I find renvyle a million miles away. Its just so out there! In all the right ways. I think its its remoteness that makes it so warm and enveloping and welcoming... you travel a long way to get there and instead of standard hotel auto-smile, you get a genuinely personal experience. Go any time of year. Winter is almost more special, with the terrible weather outside and the turf fires inside, its really easy to let go and relax. Book a couple of nights, treat yourself, you're in for a treat. Well done and thanks to AnnMarie and the Renvyle crew who keep the place in such great shape, its a joy to visit and I really appreciate being welcomed back over and over. It no wonder generation after generation come to Renvyle. Go for it if you can!
