I just had breakfast and by far it was the nicest cooked breakfast i have ever eaten, along with a really really good coffee. Excellent value for money, friendly staff and great atmosphere!

The Food Emporium provided all the food for my daughter's engagement party on Sunday last & it was nothing short of fabulous. The owners were very obliging & facilitated my special requests. Everything was provided for home catering & everyone was raving about the food & asking who supplied it. I was pleased to tell everyone it was The Food Emporium, Ennis. Thanks a million lads. You're a class act.

My favourite restaurant in Clare! I have been coming to the food emporium since I was 6 years old, it’s still a family run and owned independent business, the food is incredible- Breakfast, lunch, dinners ( and pre made take away dinners) are top notch. The service is incredible, even when they are busy with queues out the door there’ll always be a smile on their faces. Can’t recommend it enough. If you’re in Ennis - you have to go here! ❤️

21/03/2025: Lovely spot. Delicious home made pastries and bread..
16/03/2025: We experienced Ennis' popular bakery and cafe. Drinks are served "Starbucks style" where your name is called. Unfortunately, probably because I visited late (around 1:00 p.m.), there were quite a few types of bread. Also, the inside of the store was quite crowded, and it was a little disappointing that it was difficult to distinguish between the lines waiting for drinks and those waiting for orders. It tastes good and it's no wonder it's popular with locals. We recommend visiting in the morning.

13/04/2025: A very good Irish breakfast, the waitresses were super friendly and attentive. The only thing worth mentioning is that there were no beans at breakfast, which surprised me a little, but I highly recommend it.
