Excellent restaurant above the French Paradox! Le Maé! Clear and original menu, a welcome change from Dublin restaurants. Choice of fish or meat, starter + amuse-bouche, and dessert. Special mention for the chocolate mousse, and I don't usually like desserts! Perfect service, helpful and unobtrusive. A lovely, unpretentious restaurant.

20/09/2024: Hicimos un tour y nos alojamos en este lindo hotel pero muy alejado del centro de Dublin. Por suerte, el restaurante The Brasserie es muy bueno, con lo cual cenamos allí las 2 noches que nos alojamos en el hotel. El restaurante es elegante. Muy buena atención. Excelente calidad y presentación de los platos. Y además, estando en Dublín ... hay que tomar cerveza Guinness que es lo más!!!
