During our visit to the resort, we enjoyed coffee and chocolate cake at a small table overlooking the garden. It truly boasts a vast expanse of gardens, green spaces, and trees. And the views of the lake are not to be missed. You can also take a horse-drawn carriage ride.

This is a longshot, but last Wednesday 15/10 I lost a charcoal grey Mucros driving cap at one of the outdoor patio tables around 2:00pm. If anyone happened to pick it up, could you please let me know?

Great selection of homemade fast food at reasonable prices. And if you're lucky you'll have lunch with a view of the beautiful garden. Attentive staff clear away used dishes and even when it's busy at lunchtime, there are no dramatic queues, so you can fully enjoy your visit.

Wonderful hot and takeaway lunches open til 3pm - and even bad gluten free takeaway and cake! I always expect there will be zero gluten free options so this was a welcomed surprise. Thank you for providing food that I can eat especially after a long hike
in the park . The gluten free chocolate cake was so decadent and wonderful.

We really enjoyed our meal here and found the prices to be affordable given the food quality and location. I had the rack of bacon and my wife had the shepherds pie “made with beef, not shepherd” joked our server. We both loved our meals. The staff were nice and the grounds were wonderful for our toddler. Keep an eye on your food outside, there are some cheeky ravens.

Self Service Restaurant/ Café situated near Muckross House. The Hake Dish served with Mediterranean Vegetables is delicious. The have lots of choices for lunch and have sandwiches, cakes, tea, coffee and herbal teas too.
Plus, a Soft serve Ice cream machine 🍦🍦🍦
You can stroll the gardens and view the lakes afterwards. A really beautiful scenic spot about 10mins drive from Killarney Town.

I had a salad bowl and rhubarb slice in the cafe for lunch, before exploring the grounds. The slice was exquisite and there was a good mix of veg and flavours in the bowl - no complaints.
