The Garden Restaurant in

Self Service Restaurant/ Café situated near Muckross House. The Hake Dish served with Mediterranean Vegetables is delicious. The have lots of choices for lunch and have sandwiches, cakes, tea, coffee and herbal teas too. Plus, a Soft serve Ice cream machine 🍦🍦🍦 You can stroll the gardens and view the lakes afterwards. A really beautiful scenic spot about 10mins drive from Killarney Town. We be back 🙂

I had a salad bowl and rhubarb slice in the cafe for lunch, before exploring the grounds. The slice was exquisite and there was a good mix of veg and flavours in the bowl - no complaints.

Not much selection, no warm food at 3 all just what’s left over, a shame because the surroundings are beautiful.

I ordered a smoothie, it said €3.90, and I realized they charged me €4.05. I had already paid with my card... wow, very high prices.

Good clean bathrooms and charming little cafe. Souvenir shop left us wanting, though the pottery was nice. Cafeteria style restaurant.

Self-service restaurant. If you're unlucky, you'll have to wait in line for a long time. And in that case, finding a table is a challenge. The food is average. There are several hot and cold dishes to choose from, including cakes and other items. When the weather's nice, you can sit outside with a view of the beautiful park.

A "canteen" feel with excellent value for money and quality products. Ideal if you're looking to start a hike around the lake.

Only wanted a tea before heading into the gardens - two fairly unclean mugs, no teaspoons, and a milk jug that didn’t pour properly, so not great. Service was at least fast, and sitting inside meant I wasn’t harassed by crows…

A good place to stop for a quick bite! It was crowded but inexpensive and right near the national park stops we took. The cookie was gross but everything else was good!
