Just fantastic crew. I have been in hotels before. This is a top noch hotel. Ten of ten. Staff just crasy good.

Listed as a 3 star hotel, the staff at the Glencarn give a FIVE STAR service across the board. There was a genuine welcome from the lovely reception staff and that service continued with ALL staff throughout our stay. Lovely warm clean rooms and a wallet left behind was quickly recovered by housekeeping staff and returned immediately. A lovely breakfast served at our table was a welcome change from the usual self service.
