The Grafton Hotel in Dublin

We had a great time at the Grafton Hotel. It has been refurbished from the last time I was here and it is definitely an improvement. Gorgeous scent in the foyer and in the hallways upstairs. Service was very good, particularly from the resident northerner Gary and a very helpful blonde lady in the restaurant who assisted my mum who was in a wheelchair. The room was the best assessible room we have been in and we have travelled all around Ireland. Sometimes you can loose the luxury with a disabled room but we didn't feel that this time. Room had a fridge, and lovely Ritual products. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Only negatives were the location of breakfast down some steps which wasn't ideal for a wheelchair user who doesn't like to draw attention but the staff were very helpful. Great location and Drury St carpark was great at €16 for the night. Would highly recommend.

For several years, I have been frequenting the Grafton Hotel, and it is always a pleasure: Everything is done to please you, the welcome is very professional but also very warm. Immaculately clean rooms, very well equipped. The teams are at your disposal for any special request. I am a demanding customer and I can only recommend this place in the heart of Dublin and yet so peaceful. Th.Fleu.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, in Gehnähe hat es mehrere Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die Grafton Street ist nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Hotelzimmer ist grosszügig, sauber und modern, wenn auch preislich etwas hoch. Vor allem möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz von Gareth an der Rezeption betonen. Er ist immer aufgestellt, für einen kurzen Small Talk zu haben und hat gute Tipps für den Dublin-Trip.

Sehr nettes und angenehmes Hotel im Zentrum von Dublin. Hervorragende Lage , Shops und Restaurants gleich ums Eck. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, wenig Ablagemöglichkeit. Achtung: Keine EU-Stomstecker. DasPpersonal ist unglaublich freundlich uns stets bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Danke an Andrew uns Sebastian von der Reception für die Flexibilität. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und gut. Auch hier sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Insgesamt eine starke Empfehlung, ich komme wieder !

Stayed overnight for business last week and was extremely happy with the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect location, and their service is excellent. I arrived in the evening and Liluana checked me in. Very friendly, explained everything in regards to the hotel. Even asked about my work day, etc. Breakfast was fantastic - loads of options and very neat and organised. Carmen took me through the buffet, made sure I had everything I needed. She even brought me vegan sausages which weren't part of the regular buffet. : ) Carolina checked me out. Again, super friendly, no queues and everything was such a smooth process.
