A Beautiful Waste of a Restaurant – Style Over Substance I really wanted to like this place. Walking in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, the decor was spot on, and the staff were genuinely friendly. For a moment, I thought I had found a new favorite spot. Then the food arrived—and that illusion shattered like an overcooked piece of beef hitting a plate. I ordered a steak sandwich, expecting something at least edible. Instead, what I got was a crime against both steak and sandwiches. The beef was dry, chewy, and flavorless, like someone had cooked it with the sole purpose of punishing my jaw. The bread? Just a sad, uninspired vessel for disappointment. No seasoning, no effort, no reason to exist beyond being overpriced. How does a restaurant get everything but the food right? It’s like they spent their entire budget on decor and forgot they actually had to serve meals. I wouldn’t be surprised if the chef was just a guy off the street who wandered into the kitchen and started burning meat for fun. If you’re looking for a place with great ambiance and friendly staff, by all means, grab a drink here. But if you’re even remotely interested in eating something that won’t make you question your life choices, go literally anywhere else.

Lovely decor, very clean. It's a nice cosy atmosphere for a bite to eat and catch up with friends. Service was good with friendly staff. Some of the food was a little disappointing. The Black Forest gateau was not a black forest gateau and did not enjoy it, unfortunately. The carbonara was average. But the fish and chips were excellent, and so was the sticky toffee pudding.

Wonderful experience for our dinner. We received warm welcome and friendly service for our first night in Ireland. Food was great.

Fab place to relax, absolutely top-class food, great service, good chatty staff, we love the place. Well done.
