The Grind in Castlerea

02/01/2025: Had lunch wirh my friends here last week and the food was lovely. Nice creamy mash (with no lumps, 🙂very important detail), my only issue was there is very little options for vegetarians. A veggie lasagne would have been a lovely on the menu. In saying that ...the staff were lovely and food was promptly served. I'm only giving 3 stars for lack of vegetarian variety.

04/12/2024: Even though it was very busy and we hadn't booked we were still seated within 10 minutes. A varied menu with something for everyone, our food was delicious and plentiful. No empty bellies leaving Hester's. A fine dessert to follow and we were happy and full on departure. If you want good food in a good atmosphere and with courteous, efficient and friendly staff then I'd highly recommend Hester's to anyone. Keep up the good work Breege, Ollie, Frankie and staff. 😎👍
