Great bar. Music, atmosphere and of course Tracey and Ash behind the bar. They got rid of the draught Bitburger (booo!), but still have the most interesting range of draught beers in the town.

Sparrows Nest Restaurant

19/10/2025: We are new Wicklow residents, this was our first time at Sparrows Nest and we were not disappointed. Excellent food, including Lamb Shank, which was tender and delicious and light and tasty tempura fish accompanied by a lovely French Rose. Our waitress, Alex, was extremely welcoming, friendly and efficient. The restaurant was busy, the atmosphere was warm and pleasant with a great buzz, but the front of house and kitchen staff were on the ball. We will definitely be back!
