Great bar. Music, atmosphere and of course Tracey and Ash behind the bar. They got rid of the draught Bitburger (booo!), but still have the most interesting range of draught beers in the town.

The Bridge Tavern

14/11/2025: We did not stay here but only had lunch. The food was very good.
12/11/2025: I ate here for the first time recently and was very impressed. As a life long vegetarian and now a vegan the chef produced a wonderful meal for me. The staff were first class and the general ambiance was wonderful. I sat beside a window overlooking the river and got the impression I was on a boat. I loved the restaurant where I was made very welcome and would happily go back again.
