The Happy Pear in Greystones

What an amazing organic restaurant and little shop. We had a delicious meal. Wonderful atmosphere and friendly people. All products are vegan and they taste delicious. Highly recommended and the prices are very affordable. Parking at a distance at a low rate. Animal-friendly restaurant... amazing.

Wonderful meal, great food. Lovely staff. Lasagne was amazing, I want the pesto recipe. Tomato soup was really good, proper homemade. Real ingredients. Don’t leave food unattended or the birds will eat it.

The poke ball and iced pistachio latte is my absolute favourite thing to do every summer month! I also end up shopping a lot in their shop as well every-time I visit!

The Happy Pear (Greystones)This spot was just as wonderful as I imagined! The friendly staff took the time to chat with me quite a bit, and they were incredibly accommodating with my dietary restrictions. Even right around closing time, the food was still completely fresh and absolutely delicious. The shop has a fantastic selection of vegan offerings, ranging from standard plant-based options to gluten-free choices. They also have lovely fresh fruit and vegetables stocked in the fridge inside, as well as on the display stands outside 🦺 Safety Tip: Tell them your allergies, they are very through. Pro-tip: The bread goes on sale for 50% off right as they are closing up for the day!

Great place, delicious food & good coffee 😋

I have been going to the Happy Pear since it very first opened back in, I think, 2011. I watched the boys build a place from across the road in my office. They have never faltered in their dedication to providing the most amazing food and it was lovely when I was there yesterday to see their mums still helping out. What a place, what a family. What an amazing, gentle empire these guys have created. I just love it.

Leaders of eco organic catering, influenced many other food outlets. Many innovative ideas, for example instead of selling bottled water with unessicary carbon footprint, there is free water on tap that has been filtered (so fluoride free). Organic fruit, veg and dry goods for sale. Carrot cake is inspired.
