A really cool place with great food and a lovely atmosphere.

Lovely little café that caters for breakfast and lunch. Great coffees too. You order downstairs and then find a table upstairs. Cute decor, helpful staff and great healthy food options. Have a look at the small store afterwards.

Superb shop, grocery store, restaurant and pastry shop all in one. Simply excellent!!

Wonderful staff that have sung me happy birthday 2 years in a row! They know what I want. And they make sure i get it. (except for an anonymous staff member who seems to not be as good at hearing, but that's okay!) They never fail to get the bestest potatoes! I recommend a bit of hummus with them as well for extra flavour. Just ask for the Ruairí special and they'll know what you mean. The Fudgy Brownie is good too. I strongly recommend the supper club too of you have the money! As the food is somehow even better. On my last birthday I got served spuds from one of the brothers, Steven! All in all this place is marvelous and I go here multiple times a week! Don't take my word for it, go here and see for yourself. Delicious food. Lovely friendly staff. Very affordable prices. Poke bowl was super flavourful and refreshing. Lasagna is mindblowingly convincing as cheese and mince meat. Buddha bowl was a little bit of everything. Love the foot traffic as well. Happy Pear is doing the good work getting people to go plant based! Parking next door is 1.5 per hour + 0.3 service fee.

A very friendly, charming, and vegan restaurant – despite the many guests, the atmosphere was extremely pleasant, with great vegan specialties and truly friendly staff. If I lived nearby, I'd be there almost every day. 6 out of 5 stars

Most decadent chocolate mouse cake I’ve ever had in more 21 years on this earth. The silkiest, creamiest oat latter that ever streamed down my throat. The heartiest, warmest home-made lentil lasagna that will warm any heart.

The best lasagna ever. So good, friendly staff, good coffee and an amazing chocolate cake!

Nice lunch , good quality food , the staff were very friendly , variety of food was good and lots of people buzzing around , outside seating area could do with a bit of a touch up .. a bit grubby looking

Can't believe I haven't written a review for The Happy Pear before now having eaten here a few times over the years. Where to start - I imagine most people will know who the Happy Pear are (if not where have you been?). Steve and Dave are social media stars with their wonderful restaurant, organic farm, online recipes, early morning sea swims etc, etc. The food itself is all vegan, but I would challenge any carnivore to try it as it is so tasty, wholesome, and filling you will not miss the meat! Go on, help us change the world 🌎 They also have an excellent shop where you can buy all their organic produce. Today I had their delicious lasagne with a tasty salad and potatoes.
