The House Hotel in Galway

Great locations, nice staff. Only a 4 star though because the cobwebs lining the hallways were a bit gross…

This review is for the 3 bedroom apartment. One room in the apartment has its own bathroom and the other two share a bathroom in the entry way. Each room has their own key card but the apartment has a physical key to get into the entry way. Our room was okay, the furniture in there was very cheap and or missing. One end table was gone with the table lamp on the ground and the other was very rickety. You will also have to deal with the street noise throughout the night. The hotel itself was great, and breakfast was good. The staff working the hotel was great as well. We just expected more from the apartment especially at a hotel this nice.

Last minute booking to this hotel for the Galway Races. Delighted with our welcome, early check-in was available, thr room had everything you could want. Breakfast was just delicious and plenty to choose from. Brilliant location right beside the latin quarter which was buzzing with activity. Would highly recommend!

Nothing to complain about. All was good and they will safekeep your luggage the day you leave until you are ready.

We just returned from our time in Galway and had a wonderful experience at the House Hotel. The location and hospitality were amazing. We were set up in the apartment down the street and it was fantastic. Special thanks to Jules and Emmett at the front desk for making us feel welcome and making our trip special. Emmett makes the best whiskey sour in Ireland. Thanks again.

Rooms are great, very silent and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing and every single staff member provided a friendly and helpful service. Is just a great hotel right at the right location. My only complain is such tiny showers. And the bathroom has space for bigger showers. Should make them bigger.

Excellent location right in the Latin Quarter and near everything. Comfortable king beds and well appointed rooms. Fabulous breakfast included every morning.

Nice good clean hotel. Nothing over the top. Good front desk service. Average breakfast. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Just fair bathrooms.

Location, staff, breakfast, cleanliness... Everything is there. Really a nice establishment for a stay in Ireland. I highly recommend.
