1st class bar service from the lone barman, brought our drinks to the table. Didn't eat here this time but the food passing by looked really good. Drink prices a bit high for its location .

Met a friend for lunch here today. The staff greeted us with a warm welcome, the atmosphere was relaxed and the food was delicious. Highly recommend The Hudson Rooms.

17/07/2026: Went to a wedding party here. Service was quick even though it was busy. Staff were wonderful and we all had a great time
17/07/2026: The official after of the trans and intersex pride was at the streets , i went there by myself when the march was over and met a lot of lovely people . The ambiance was there and I felt pretty safe , I'm from a smaller town so being able to see a queer crowd partying after a march like this one of heartwarming . It's pretty chill during the week , the vibe is definetly more a homey one so you meet and chat with people there can be really nice queer djs and music some days !

The Portobello Bar

25/05/2026: Always great craic in this place
18/05/2026: We used the bar instead of the hotel. The fish and chips were huge! We chatted a bit among the three of us, and one or two drinks each was more than enough! It was quiet around 3 PM on a weekday, so we were grateful that we could stay without ordering too much!
