Really cool bar. Both downstairs and upstairs to have a great pint of Guinness. Guinness is excellent.

I went to the comedy night with Martin Angolo as the main act last week. All the staff were so friendly. Had a great time laughing the night away. Couldn’t ask for a better way to spend a mid week night in the winter.

06/03/2026: I only bought a small takeaway item and wasn't greeted or said goodbye. I guess that wasn't enough...
05/02/2026: Here you can eat the freshest calamari and asparagus. Five stars for the service too. We had Alain at our table, a super friendly and knowledgeable waiter who speaks excellent English and, surprisingly, also excellent Italian. The atmosphere is very nice; a nice stop here in Howth!

15/01/2026: Been to Bunsen with friends recently, and can’t strees enough how satisfied and delighted we were. The staff is th star of the show, extremely welcoming and attentive. Food came to our table extremely fast, and when it did
top notch burgers, simple and easy, and that’s exactly what makes it distinctive, they know what they’re doing. Highly recommend this place. Once again shout out the staff. If you’re going there, make sure to tip them really well, they absolutely deserve!
06/01/2026: Best burger in Dublin! Extremely impressive and efficient service in particular staff member Graziela on a number of occasions. For sure I'll be back!
