Perfect experience for a girlie brunch (unfortunately the cutlery isn't 'tism friendly though)

Sat at the bar on an early Sunday evening. Immaculate service, great menu with an Irish twist, really buzzing atmosphere. Good value too!

Had an amazing experience at The Ivy. Carlos, our waiter, was absolutely wonderful — attentive, friendly, and made the whole evening even better with excellent service. The Asian Chicken was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The cocktails were also perfect — beautifully presented and very well balanced. The restaurant’s interior design is stunning, elegant, stylish, and creates a fantastic atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

Just went for dinner yesterday and it was just perfect. We first stopped at the bar for a drink while waiting for our friends then they headed us to our table and the fantastic Roberto (a Portuguese guy) took care of us. He explained the menu and even recommend our drinks for the night. It was a 10/10 experience. Thanks to all the team!

What an incredible experience from start to finish at Ive. Everything about the night was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, Marina was fantastic and managed to get us an amazing table with practically no waiting time at all. The reception experience was smooth, welcoming, and incredibly well organized. While we were waiting, Richelle and Matheus at the bar made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed. The cocktails were outstanding, and their friendly attitude set the tone for the entire evening. Larissa’s service was truly outstanding from beginning to end. She was attentive, professional, warm, and constantly checking on our table to make sure everything was perfect. She didn’t let us miss a single thing all night and made the whole experience feel effortless and special. A special mention also goes to Roberto, who was one of the best managers I’ve seen in a restaurant in a long time. He was present throughout the entire evening, always checking on guests, making sure everything was running smoothly, and clearly leading the team with excellence and care. The atmosphere is beautiful, the food was exceptional, and the entire team worked together flawlessly. It’s rare to find a restaurant where every single detail feels this polished and professional. A genuine five-star experience in every sense. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Ivy tonight. From the moment we arrived, Marina at reception made us feel so welcome, and both Larissa and the manager Roberto provided truly outstanding service throughout the entire evening. Larissa was especially incredible when it came to handling allergies and dietary requirements, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. The atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful, the food was absolutely fantastic, and the cocktails were exceptional, one better than the other. Everything was flawless from start to finish. A true five-star experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I went to the restaurant to celebrate my kids birthday and have to say I was a little bit disappointed from my experience. The deser was really delicious so I would come back there for a coffe break and the food was ok. The service was not what I expected to be honest especially on that special day. The drinks were starved with delays but they were nice. I could feel a stress atmosphere from the staff side. I prefer don't give more details regarding to that. The local has an amazing decoration and looks quiet interesting but if I have to be honest I would not choose that place again.

Had such a lovely experience here tonight. The food was great, but what really made the evening was Ritchehe. I was dining alone at the counter and she made me feel so welcome from the moment I sat down. She was warm, friendly, genuinely attentive, and always checking in with a smile without ever being over the top. You can tell she truly cares about giving people a great experience. Such a lovely Brazilian girl with such positive energy. Service like that really stands out and made my evening even better. I’ll definitely be back because of her.
