The La-La Restaurant and Cafe in Balbriggan

We were here for a pre panto lunch yesterday. The food was great but this review is about the wonderful staff and how they accommodated our party on a stressful day. We were more than an hour late for our booking due to one of our party members getting a puncture on the way. We were reassured that this was no issue and when we arrived, were seated promptly and served in plenty of time to get to the show. Our server organised a takeaway sandwich for my poor mam left organising her tyre replacement , and when my mam arrived the lovely front of house lady made her a cup of tea on the house. Lovely food, lovely people. Thank you so much!

One of the best places , a hidden gem in the heart of Balbriggan. Food is amazing,well presented, great choices on the lunch menu. Friendly and attentive staff. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended. I would definitely be back soon👍

La-La Cafe got one of the best brunch experiences I’ve had in a while. Their must-try dishes are the crispy potato and onion hash brown and the classic eggs benedict. The coffee was excellent too, smooth and well-brewed. The service was friendly and attentive. If you’re in North Dublin, this cozy and unassuming spot is a must-try for brunch lovers!

The place is nice, it looks clean. But we really didn't like the chowder soup, it had a lot of corn and potatoes in it. Unfortunately, the churros are very good.

Cute, cozy little cafe. The eggs benedict was perfect! Would've loved to try to seafood chowder but we were too early for lunch.

Service was good but the food was a bit of a let down.. The Chips were terrible. What happened to real fresh cut chips.? Use real chips and people will pay a little more. I had the mushroom Ragu, the toasted bread was a let down and there was no taste of mushrooms it was mainly onion and tomato sauce.

I heard about this year's winning souperb chowder and went to try it. It was truly spectacular, delicious. The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it.
