The La-La Restaurant and Cafe in Balbriggan

We had this week dinner with my family and i want to give a special compliment to the fish dish with cream sauce, it was incredibly tasty and creamy, all the starters and main courses were on time, perfect temperature and very tasty, the service was absolutely wonderful. We were there a little earlier and the experience was very bad, i want to tell you about this wonderful change. Well done, i recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

Lovely restaurant with brilliant attentive staff, Korean chicken bun was beautiful and so was the ham and cheese toastie, will definitely be coming back again.

I would like to say a big beautiful thank you to all the staff of the La La, we had a surprise babyshower/ afternoon tea of Saturday and it was fantastic. This place is absolutely gorgeous, the whole of the building, garden and extras like the Lark & Bedford Hotel being so close. The food is amazing. We've had breakfast, lunch & dinner there plenty of times over the years & it's always delicious. The staff are fantastic. Amanda is an absolute gem, so friendly & welcoming! Try out one of the cocktails, defo worth it!

We had an early lunch here with a group of nine people, and overall, it was a great experience! The food was really tasty and well-prepared — everyone found something they enjoyed. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed, with a lot of space to sit outside, which we really appreciated. The only small downside was the wait for the main courses, which took a bit longer than expected. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. They seemed quite new and still learning, but they made a genuine effort to take good care of us, which we definitely noticed. it was a lovely place to enjoy a meal with friends or family — we’d happily come back!

Visit in Lala Cafe is always a pleasure, but this time it was even better. Festive menu was gorgeous and live singer really make my wife birthday evening extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back.

We have eaten here twice and the food, service, cocktails and general atmosphere are wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly, the breakfast was very good, especially the scone, jam and cream. The breakfast menu is very limited with a small selection. Though what lets this place down is very average customer service, I had ask for someone to come out and take my order after 10 minutes of waiting. Also, the waitress was unfamiliar with the menu and the specials on offer. Overall though, It's a nice location and above par addition to Balbriggan. Update: Jan 2025: Breakfast menu has been expanded and is very good now. French Toast is very good.

Recently here for breakfast. Had been previously for lunch. The breakfast was nice nothing spectacular. Was a much better atmosphere downstairs than where we were sat upstairs. We had asked for a highchair too which was ice cold as it had been kept in a room with no heating apparently.

It was ok, food was ok. Typical breakfast serving.
