The La-La Restaurant and Cafe in Balbriggan

Everything is great with kitchen and service. The only drawback is that you could clean the patio a little and clean the pool.

Had the most beautiful dish, 'Turkish eggs' here - high class food, served with a real smile. Maria, the owner/manager, is lovely, as are all the staff. The restaurant uses only extra virgin olive oil, which is, of course, expensive. But they take this dent in their pocket because they care about their customers. They use no harmful vegetable oil or seed oils. The sea bass dish here is also beautiful, with a great creamy sauce. And they know how to properly cook salmon (retain the natural flavour and pan-fry to get a slight crisp to the edges). Lastly, they go out of their way to offer truly authentic dishes like classic paella, by inviting chefs from places like Valencia to learn how to make the original recipe. The prices are very reasonable. I have really enjoyed each meal I've eaten here, and the coffee's good, too!

Amazing place! We had soup, chowder, a main course, and desserts as well. All of the dishes were perfect. The owner and staff were so nice and kind. I’d highly recommend this place!

Spent a week staying at the Bedford, eating three meals a day in the wonderful La La Cafe. Great tasty food, the friendliest service and a gorgeous garden to sit outside in. Totally recommended!

A wonderful, cozy restaurant with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It feels very homely and relaxing from the moment you walk in. We tried the chowder, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The garden is beautiful as well—it creates such a peaceful setting. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
