Did not expect much from an airport bar, but the halloumi and avocado sandwich was a great surprise.

Nice food. They made some adjustments for me when asked (different flavour ice cream for my dessert). I ordered a Caesar salad and brownie with coffee. The salad was nice, though they were very generous on the salad dressing! Was relatively quiet when I was there but I can imagine it gets busy at other times of the day (for reference, I came in for an early dinner).

You'd hardly guess this place was a pub right next to the airport. The drinks and food were very good – and the price wasn't too high.
Food okay but nothing special. Halloumi and avocado on sourdough was very soggy. All day breakfast was okay but poached egg was hard.

Review for The Clipper Bar + Kitchen
Landed in Dublin from London at 7:30am and needed somewhere comfortable to spend the day remotely working before heading onward. The Clipper turned out to be an absolute hidden gem in Dublin Airport.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating.
Special credit to the manager working today, who clearly runs the place exceptionally well.
I ended up staying until 3:30pm and comfortably worked the entire day from here.
Reliable space to work, easy access to charging points, good atmosphere for remote work, and plenty of room to settle in for meetings. I managed to get through 4 Teams meetings without any issues.
Food and drinks were excellent throughout the day:
* Irish Porridge for breakfast.
* 3 cappuccinos
* 4 orange & lemonade pints
* Crunchy Chicken Stack for lunch
Everything was consistently great, especially the coffee and the chicken stack.
It’s rare to find an airport spot that genuinely balances good food, relaxed atmosphere, and a practical workspace for remote workers, but The Clipper absolutely delivers.
Highly recommended if you’re passing through Dublin Airport and need somewhere to work, recharge your laptop, or simply unwind before a flight.
5/5. Will definitely return.

I have so far had a brilliant experience at the clipper, I was greeted at the door upon arrival and asked if I’d like to sit at a booth. This girl whose name is Amy greeted me with a smile and made sure I was comfortable straight away. I was given a list of drinks from Amy after asking for a suggestion, I ordered and within 1-2 minutes I had my drink in front of me. I would like to commend her amazing customer service. She made my experience one of the best I’ve had at an airport pub. All members off staff should learn from Amy.
