Great and lovely stay on such a fine site with incredible views and very kind service

A lovely hotel with great service, if a little care-worn round the edges! The food in both restaurants was great and the added bonus of fireworks in Dún Laoghaire from our balcony on NYE!

Trying to maintain a persona of luxury sophistication & charm, past its best before date struggling to maintain an element of charm, unfortunately falls short on so many levels

Mixed reviews. Food was pretty good but poor selection. Service was great and couldn’t do enough for you in the restaurant and bars. However, the pool area is extremely dirty and changing rooms also. Visible window in ladies one was quite weird too. On check-in, had noticed from the website that the classic most basic room was the most updated room so booked this one. Confirmed with the receptionist that it was a newer room like the pictures on the website. When we got to the room, it was not the one we booked and it was an awful cold looking big family room that was quite dated. Not a great start to the stay. I understand hotels upgrade sometimes due to issues or sell more but it needs to be to a better room, this was a downgrade. Went back down to a lovely male receptionist who changed the room for us. Still wasn’t like pictures but a lot better. I would recommend though for the service.

A good hotel for celebrations. Plenty of options for food and drinks. During peak times (e.g., holidays), reservations are recommended even for hotel guests.

Expected so much more. Arrived on New year's day and for a 2 night stay. Wanted to make a booking for Food so rang reception at half 4 and asked to book a table for 3. Were told all food outlets were fully booked. We mentioned we were totally flexible and any time would do. Was told they will try fit us in amd that was the last we heard from anyone. How is it residents in the hotel cannot get food in the hotel we're staying in. So after this we decided not to use any of the food outlets for the rest of our stay. The second day of our stay was spent off site all day and returned to our room at half 4 to find our room had not been serviced. The hotel it self is nice but would really expect more from a 4 star hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions when I come to visit the local area to visit family and friends. It usually has a great vibe and I usually have a peaceful stay over the Christmas period. However, this year it was incredibly noisy. You can hear everything in the corridor to the point I couldn’t fall asleep - doors slamming, people talking along the corridor, the room next door etc. The walls/doors must be incredibly thin on the 3rd floor. I wouldn’t stay again if the noise was as bad again.

Tikhon and Manesh mohan are absolutely amazing people. They were so helpful and sorted us out after hours. Thank you guys, big respect!

Superb hotel, likely one of the best hotels in Dublin.
