The Lobster in Waterville-spunkane

Stopped here for lunch while driving the Ring of Kerry and it was fantastic! We had the chowder and the seafood pie- both were delicious. We were the first in line when it opened, so we got our food very quickly from the buffet section, but a queue did form quite quickly after us as buses of people flooded in.

Please note their kitchen is not open at least until 3.30 pm and specials like lobsters only starts from 5. So if you going early there for a brunch or lunch please note it. We tried the fish and chips, sweet potatoes, chicken wings and beef burger, but they were all just Okay. Not the best but not bad.

Lovely evening meal here, steak, fish pie and pasta. Portions were generous and service was prompt and helpful. Recommend!

This was a welcome stop for a group hungry after touring the Ring of Kerry. Sunday roast was amazing, as were the fish and chips! Service was great and drinks cold.

Super delicious food. Prices are absolutely reasonable compared to other places. We really enjoyed it.

We stopped here during the Ring of Carriage tour. It's self-service, with various options, including vegetarian options (maybe vegan, but I don't know). Fair prices, crowded, but impeccable service. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Very clean. I had a delicious soup and the Irish stew was also very good!

Heard good things about this place so we tried it out,I can't say we were to happy with the place,food is below standard for the prices charge.alot nicer restaurants in the local area.Would not be in a hurry back there.UPDATE back here again a year later food,service,atmosphere and pints were beautiful,really enjoyed my meal,top class.

Designed for mass production. Good quality but relatively expensive compared to off-the-shelf offerings.
