The Make & Mark in Portlaoise

Lovely place for a bite to eat. Only able to stop for a flying visit. We didn’t book and the staff were very accommodating, food was excellent. Will definitely be back

Great place Highly recommended for everyone

This is a great place to go for some food and a drink (alcoholic or soft). I've been here since it changed to the Make and Mark twice. The menu has so much choice and all the food that I've tried is delicious, well cooked, big portions and absolutely great service, friendly and helpful at all times, the atmosphere is also really nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend you go here and try some of the very tasty food. You won't be disappointed

Plentiful amount of food, if anything, the portions were huge. One thing l thought was very cheeky. When we asked for the bill, we were charged €2 for additional gravy & €2 for some sweet chilli sauce.

Never ate here before. Fantastic spot and excellent food. Will definitely come back.

We made our reservation months in advance as we stumbled upon their Instagram videos of how tasty the food looked.. It did not disappoint one bit, food was devine & WELL proportioned.. The staff are awesome, always available to ask for anything & could not do enough to make sure we where looked after.. Live music started as we finished our food & the atmosphere was relaxed & just fab.. We've already rebooked our next meal & talked to staff about throwing an event with family flying in from America.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👌🏻

Might be the best food in the country. Excellent staff/quick service, delicious food with good portions, cool cocktails, good prices, great kids menu & nice decor. If you're in Portlaoise, I definitely recommend visiting!!
