The Market Bar in Dublin

Interesting place with good food and very good sangria. Very nice service.

Note that they automatically add "a 12.5% gratuity charge on each bill" and you see it on the bill when it arrives (we were a table of two)... Since when this tendency of restaurants unilaterally granting themselves a tip has become normal? Especially that the dishes are expensive for being so small. €40 per person and we were still hungry. Service was nice though.

I came to Dublin for a weekend and had an amazing meal at The Market Bar. The food was absolutely excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back every time I’m in Dublin! A big thank you to the whole team, especially the managers Sakhi, Edoardo, Eric, and Nisa for making the experience so special!

The meatballs, pimientos del padrón, nachos were good. Good place for groups. A little pricey though for my liking.

Great spot for a quick drink and a snack.

Lively spot with gorgeous tapas. Environment very welcoming and inviting, used from converting a portion of the old market, while keeping some of it's charm. Covered outside seating also available. Staff helpful and understanding.

We went here with the work crowd last night, and the team were absolutely fantastic. There is a great atmosphere in this place and Geraldine took care of our (awkward) booking from A to Z. great service, great ambience and very very good food.
