Room small but very comfortable. Good linens, friendly and professional staff. And a must in busy Dublin the room was quiet- no street or pub noise. Perfect location to walk to attractions. Attached restaurant/bar/coffee shop - good food/service.

Great hotel in the heart of everything. Easy walking distance to loads of attractions. Friendly staff, great restaurant/bar and cafe on property. Loads of restaurants/pubs and shopping nearby. Would def stay here again.

From the reception, room service bar and finally the room I could feel in a 5 star hotel + all very polite I felt very good the worst time was when I had to check out because I knew I had to leave this hotel wonder behind! until the next Miss Mercantile

This hotel is ideally located. A few minutes from Temple Bar and train and bus stations. The staff is incredible. Always helpful. The rooms are not super big but it works. The only bad review is that the pillows are really hard.. We had a problem with our hot water late at night and someone came to check it out right away. Overall a great stay.
