The Orange Goat - Ballsbridge in Dublin

First visit to the Orange Goat after running the coastal path 😀🏃🏃 You guessed it-every thing is Orange 🍊 Very good coffee and good choices for breakfast. Portion quite large. I had the breakfast bun with extra hash browns 😀☕️😂🍳🥓🌭 Quite busy and waiting team working very hard but not many smiles to be seen 😀🇮🇪 Sitting inside and outside 😀 Good coffee and breakfast but if you look around in my opinion there are some outstanding cafes in Ballsbridge 😀🇮🇪 Recommended 😀🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Great little local bistro with excellent service and superb food. Actually had two mocha coffees because they were so tasty. Highly recommend

Menu was different from what I had seen online so make sure if you visit on a weekday you have the right menu. Plenty of seating available on a Thursday late morning. Strawberry lemonade was light and refreshing. Ham and cheese croissant my husbands favorite.

We came from Germany to Dublin. Had our hotel close to the Organe Goat. It was great. Clean, good breakfast, nice and quick Service. Just Perfect. We came back zwicke to have breakfast.

Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Plus gluten free options and wheelchair accessible this place is well worth a visit.

Delicious food with obvious attention to every detail. No doubt the best coffee we had in Dublin! Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Felt like a hidden gem! We went two days in a row because we all loved it so much.

The Orange Goat is one of those cafés that’s always buzzing. Whether you choose to sit inside or outside, expect it to be busy—but that’s usually a good sign! The service is impressively quick, even when the café is full. One thing I really appreciated is how dog-friendly it is. The staff genuinely look after their four-legged visitors, making sure they have water and plenty of attention, which creates such a welcoming atmosphere for pet owners. The interior is warm and cosy, with interesting decorative touches like the wall lamps that add character to the space. However, despite the café’s name, I couldn’t really see a connection between the design and the “Orange Goat” theme—I expected a bit more personality or storytelling behind the concept. The food and coffee are very good, and it’s easy to understand why the place is so popular. My only downside is the pricing, which feels a little high for a casual café. Still, if you’re looking for a lively brunch spot with friendly staff, fast service, and a place where your dog is just as welcome as you are, The Orange Goat is definitely worth a visit.
