A lovely spot for midweek breakfast. Raspberry scone was very good and vegetarian options are vast. Spiced yoghurt dish with fresh bread and poached eggs was divine and protein forward for vegetarians. Good latte. Ambiance was calm and friendly. Fast service. Order first then grab a table as directed. Check out the shops afterwards.

Lovely spot, scone lovely. Wasn't mad about the Turkish eggs, too much yoghurt but tasted good. Good coffee, lovely sourdough bread. Food quality is good here

A pleasure for the eyes. And interesting places to find very delicious food.. Nice place to stop and rest between 2 walks in the nice and very lively neighborhood.

My favourite cafe in Dublin. The pear and bacon sandwich is a must try but everything is great! Staff are amazing too. Can’t recommend enough. ❤️

02/06/2026: Hands down the BEST Guinness in all of Ireland (and we tried plenty, trust me) We found this place on a whim during our first day in Dublin and made sure it was also the last place we visited before our flight home. The atmosphere is cozy and immediately welcoming, and to say Johnny and the staff are kind in an understatement. If I could give ten stars, I would.
17/05/2026: Johnny and his staff make everyone feel welcome. The pints are served perfectly. Their secret: pouring them well and having extra clean glassware. The music is increíble and the atmosphere couldn’t be better!

Brass Bar & Grill

20/05/2026: A grand hotel, except we were so disappointed when myself and my wife and our adult son arrived back from a show around midnight and were refused a night cap drink in the bar by a very ignorant bar man who informed us that we could order a drink in the hotel lobby but we would have to wait 30 minutes. Then the girl at reception told us we could only order drinks from our room. We did so and our drinks arrived in 15 minutes and paid the exorbitant price of 42 euros for 2 whiskeys and a pint of Guinness. I should say it left a bitter taste in my mouth about the staff and service in this hotel.☹️
19/05/2026: We had an excellent stay. The staff on reception were fantastic and very friendly. The room was fantastic. Food was excellent. Highly recommend the house burger. Staff in the bar/restaurant were fantastic and very friendly. Breakfast had a wide selection and food was fantastic. Staff were fantastic and friendly. Highly recommend The Talbot for a fabulous stay.
