The Porterhouse in Dublin

Nice atmosphere, the Guinness was properly tapped, the fish and chips we liked, but the burrito bowl was rather sad. The servers were also very bored looking which didn't add to our experience. Would go again but probably only for drinks.

We met friends here several times. The 2nd floor is much quieter than the 1st floor. Great service, food was consistently delicious.

Multi-floor pub right in the heart of temple bar. Food is quite good, staff is friendly, and usually not to hard to find a seat, rhough it can get busy on weekends.

What an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. The Beef & Plain Porter Stew was rich, tender, and full of flavour. The Beef Smash Burger was one of the best burgers we've had, and the mussels were fresh and perfectly cooked. A very special thank you to Paulina for her outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and recommended some fantastic dishes that we truly enjoyed. She made our visit even more memorable. Great atmosphere, excellent craft beer, outstanding food, and exceptional service. We will definitely come back the next time we're in Dublin. Highly recommended!

I grew up just outside of Philadelphia - the home of the cheesesteak. Let’s just say that Potterhouse takes “cheesesteak” to the next level! We spent some time walking around Temple Bar before deciding to stop at Potterhouse for dinner. It was a great pick! We found a table outside which was perfect for people watching. While you need to order inside, our food and drink came out quickly. We order the aforementioned cheesesteak, wings and sweet potato fries with drinks - nothing was short of fantastic! Would definitely recommend Porterhouse for a meal if you’re in the Dublin area!

Lovely spot, temple bar area, quiet when I was there which was perfect. Sunny day sitting outside watching the day go bye. Good beer selection I went for the porter house Yippy IPA 😋

A very nice pub for a drink. Good and varied tap list. I'd go back anytime!

The breakfast is 10/10 Beer choice is the best in dublin for around the world beers 🍻 Got served by a bloke Saturday morning 04/07/26 and he was brill propper cheerfull and excited for us to see dublin and give us tips.

It was the first place we stopped to eat, and we really enjoyed it. The mussels were delicious, and the rest of the food was good too, but we were pleasantly surprised by how differently they were cooked compared to Spain. The beer was good, and in addition to the well-known varieties, they had their own brew, which was especially good. We recommend it!
