The Pot & Pantry in Clane

My absolute favorite cafe in Clane. I've been regular for the past year now and they've never disappointed. Their hash is second to none and sometimes I'm nearly disappointed ordering hash from anywhere else and I've tried many many cafe/brunch places. It's a bit dearer than most places but I believe it reflects the quality you get in the food. Yes, the place can get quite loud and it's very busy in the mornings but I don't think it ever gets so loud that I can't have a conversation. Staff are always lovely and you get a seat pretty much in no time even when it's busy. Would highly recommend it to anyone

Good food with complex flavor combinations but it is pricey. The interior is decorated in a trendy chic way . VERY CUTE! It does get LOUD when the ship is full- a rug and something to partition the areas acoustics (wall hangings, plants, etc) would make this a much better experience! Some seating is up a little staircase and the seating on the ground floor is tightly packed (wouldn’t recommend this place for wheelchair / strollers / anything that could get hung up on corners). Bathroom is accessible but is located at the back of the building down a little corridor. Services was prompt, and the staff make sure you feel at home. The goat cheese salad was delicious and so were the pancakes but “American Style Pancakes” (as an American 🇺🇸) should be BIG like BIG BIG. Also it would be amazing to be able to add an egg to a burger or as a side dish throughout the day!

Great cafe restaurant. Fab menu. Food and service is always wonderful. Great quality and value. An asset to the community.

Lovely food, pleasant staff, quick service.

The food was mediocre. The chicken "Italian" ciabatta was very disappointing. The chicken looked like it had been blitzed in a food processor with pesto, it might as well have been a sandwich spread. The prices are high for what you get. There is an element of greasy spoon diner. It's a pity as it was a great spot

Took my friend here today, she never knew it was there . We both opted for hash one regular one veggie ,the food came quick and hot and we were soo full we couldnt finish it all. 2 coffees and an hour later we walked out happily. We got seated right away the server was pleasant and prompt with orders coffee and clearing. My friend will be back she said ,looking forward to bringing her mum x

The garlic prawns from the lunch menu was heavenly! Quick service, delicious food. Highly recommended.
