The Queens Bar in Dublin

Glad to see it open again after a very quick patch up (paint on outdoor tables still sticky as they didn't seal it) and not much changed inside, but food not up to the mark (tasteless salad, which was kindly replaced and Cuban sandwich in name only). Would definitely go back for a pint outside, but still feels outdated on the inside. Much better friendly service than under last owner. Updated review (October 25): Thanks for your response below! We went back and new menu is great. Best lobster roll I ever had!

Beautiful decor and warm atmosphere, the whole place is clean ( dining areas and WC). Friendly and professional service.

Amazing Cheff food gorgeous. There was 20 of us booked in advance. Our waitress was 2nd to none nothing was too much for her. Food all came together ❤️ & it was fab & hot. The manager was there to greet us. If there was one thing when the band struck up it was a bit loud & drove us out but they did not start till 10 there was plenty of time to talk. Take a bow new Queens Dalkey the decor is fab & cosy ✨️ 💖

As soon as you enter, you feel the special atmosphere – cozy, with great attention to detail. The food? A dream! Every bite was pure joy. The service was super friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. You can immediately tell that the people here are passionate about their work. In short: "Queens" sets the new standard! I'll definitely be back – with an empty stomach and high expectations. And I'm sure they'll be exceeded again!

Really disappointing meal at the new Queens. The decor and staff are both great but the food was way below par. I had the chicken burger which was so overdone it was inedible. My family were also not impressed with their food. Hoping it improves and it’s such a lovely spot and great for family dining!

Try the steak! The staff were lovely and the chef was spectacular. The cocktails were gorgeous too

Really nice to have it back open but there are plenty of better Sunday lunch options in the village. The Sunday roast seemed premade and reheated.
