Had a steak sandwich which was very tasty but there was a long delay which they should have highlighted as we were heading for a train across the road. Beer was fresh and well chilled. There are wireless chargers on the bar which is handy and unusual to see in Ireland.

Stopped in randomly after getting off the train in Sligo. Great spot with lots of history. Bar manager/owner was so hospitable and made the random visit extremely worthwhile. The banter in the bar was a bonus!

Popped in for a hot whiskey after a day's shopping while waiting for the train. Well made; glasses heated; lemon and cloves as well as brown sugar. 😋 excellent!

24/01/2025: If you are looking for the best pizza and chips and you prefer halal foods so zam zam is the best place to visit in sligo
26/12/2024: Really good food , we have went for special kebab for 13.50 and believe me , it was huge , great price for big big portion , large special kebab can seriously feed between 2 to 4 people medium easily 1 to 2 , and really tasty. Definetly worth to come around. The only minus is there were no napkins and cutlery with food but it tasted soooooo good :) plus eating with your fingers sometimes will bring memories from childhood :) recommend !
